News and Announcements Nominating New Members Message from Lu: When I accepted the nomination for president of Beta Chapter and was subsequently voted into office, I outlined many goals. But the one that heads the list was to maintain membership my first year in office and to increase that membership my second year in office. We can only continue to be effective in the world of education through our scholarship programs and the benefits we provide to the many different community components by growing as a chapter. In addition, personal benefits received as a member of Delta Kappa Gamma are immeasurable. I challenge each of you to invite one new member to share in the benefits that we enjoy as members of Beta Chapter, Alpha Alpha State Organization, of The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International. Your response to this challenge will allow Beta Chapter to continue to make a difference in the lives of members, women in our community, and women the world over. New Member Nomination forms will be accepted at any time and initiations will be held at every meeting should nominees accept the invitation to join.
