The Golden Gift Leadership/Management Seminar


The next Golden Gift Leadership/Management Seminar will be held
June 29 to July 11, 2014 at the University of Texas in Austin.

Applications are due December 1. Forms will be on web July 1, 2013

The Leadership Management Seminar (LMS) is an intense residential
learning experience taught by world-renowned experts in the fields
of leadership, management and communication. All who have been
a Society member for at least three years may apply. University of Texas
McCombs School of Business Texas Executive Education custom
designs the two week program. Curriculum topics include result-oriented
negotiating, understanding personality and management style, improving
professional image, using temperament in communication, managing
across generations and creating leadership skills for women.
Thirty participants can attend each time. Successful applicants pay a
registration fee of U.S. $500. The Golden Gift Fund pays the remaining
expenses of approximately U.S. $5500 for tuition, full-board lodging,
round-trip travel and teaching materials.
The Leadership Management Seminar also provides 5.88 Continuing
Education Units for teacher recertification from the University of Texas.
