REGISTRATION DEADLINES AND FEES

Registration and special event rates are only valid if your registration form is postmarked by, faxed on or before, or sumitted online by
12-midnight EST by the dates indicated. Registration rates are due in full at the time of registration in US Funds only.  Returned checks will be subjected to a $25 fee

Registration forms without payment will not be processed.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

A person having to cancel will receive a refund provided a written request is postmarked 15 days prior to the opening day of the conference.  (International Standing Rule 7.01.c)

A processing charge of $15 US will be assessed on on all cancellations.
