HOTEL RESERVATIONS 

You may reserve your sleeping rooms at The Peabody Hotel in either of two ways:

1.  Access the interactive form and complete it online.

2.   Access the downloadable form and complete it by mailing or faxing the completed form.

CUT-OFF DATE:  Friday June 12, 2009

Reservations requested before the the cut-off date are subject to availability within your group's room block.  After the cut-off date the hotel will release any unused portion of the guestroom block, but continue to accept reservations based upon availability.

ROOM REGISTRATIONS RATES:

All guestrooms rates are GUARANTEED and subject to a facilities charge (4%) and applicable taxes (11.5%).  Addition assessments will be added based on charges the guest makes to her room. Rates are given in US$.

The Peabody Little Rock requires a first night's deposit equal to one night's questroom and tax to be submitted with each reservation.  This deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled prior to 72 hours before arrival, after which time this deposit is non-refundable.

If the reservation is not guaranteed with a credit card number at the time it is made, or a deposit has not been received with in 14 days of booking the reservation, the hotel cannot guararntee that the reservation will be held.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT

Hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM.

Hotel check-out time is 12:00 PM.  Late check-out requests will be handled by the Front Office Manager based on expected arrivals for the day you check out.

The hotel reserves the right to charge a $50.00 fee for guests who depart on a day earlier than their reserved date of departure.

Check out the Peabody Ducks in their own private pool in the lobby of the hotel.  They march 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily!
