GUIDELINES CEU CREDIT
 

BEFORE THE CONFERENCE BEGINS

1.  When you register for the Southeast Regional Conference you will need to check the box on the meeting registration form indicating you want CEU credit AND include the $45 fee in your total monies submitted with the Southeast Regional Conference Registration form.

 

2.   After paying your fee go to:

www.paec.org/deltakappagamma

and officially register at that site to be eligible for the CEU's. You will be asked to provide necessary information that is not required on the conference meeting registration form. You have until Wednesday, July 15 (at midnight) to register online for CEU credit. 

 

Special activities and featured speakers along with descriptions of each will be posted at the site above and periodically updated so that you can plan your "course of study" before arriving at the Southeast Regional Conference.  You may also view conference updates at the SE Regional website by returning to the first page and clicking

DURING THE CONFERENCE

1.  Be sure you have paid your fee, registered on line at:

www.paec.org/deltakappagamma

AND ATTEND the conference. If you decide to seek CEU credit after arriving at SE Regional Conference, you will have one day to do so (til midnight of July 15, 2009), provided you can access a computer. In this event you will also have to pay your $45 CEU registration fee at the conference registration table.

 

If any one of these items is not completed, you will not be eligible for CEU credit.  The SE Regional Conference registrar will forward information regarding your attendance at the conference to the CEU Credit contact, Dr. Beverly Helms.

 

2.  Follow-up instructions will be included in your meeting registration materials which you will pick up at the conference registration table. You may access these HERE, as well.


FOLLOWING THE CONFERENCE

You will have until September 30, 2009 to complete your follow-up. You must use the follow up instructions obtained at the conference registration table.  If you do not complete the follow up requirements by September 30, 2009, you will not be eligible for the 3.0 CEU's and will forfeit your $45 fee. If you have a problem, you must contact Dr. Beverly Helms, prior to the deadline, at Helms_B@Firn.edu
or call her at 850-547-3220.  Once you complete all requirements, the college certificate will be mailed directly to you by December 1, 2009.
