The Tidewater Conference Room at the Hyatt Regency where
the meetings will be held is easily accessible to all
attendees.
For those needing assistance, there are two wheel chairs
available for use on the premises of the Hyatt Regency.
Those needing wheelchairs outside the hotel may make
their own arrangements by calling: Zack Medical Supply
703-354-1266.
Specially equipped handicap guestrooms are available at
the Hyatt upon request.
Comfortable shoes are advised since there will be
substantial walking involved on Tuesday March 15, 2010 as
we tour Capitol Hill and the White House. Remember to
bring a coat and umbrella since we can anticipate
springtime showers as we await the Cherry Blossoms.
