Welcome |
Beta Gamma welcomes your visit. The information on our site is to inform current members as well as those of you interested in becoming a part of an internationally known organization of key educators. Beta Gamma is a caring, accomplished service- oriented group from diverse backgrounds. Those among us travel with Flat Stanley, climb Machu Picchu, sit with an ill “sister,” juror exhibits, purchase items for victims of domestic abuse, take neighborhood children to the museum, sing, and perform in plays. We teach. Literacy is foremost in our goals. Our workshop presentation at Xi State Convention, University of the South at Sewanee, Tennessee, describes the success of Beta Gamma in providing books in the homes of every child under the age of five in the state of Tennessee. We invite you to contact us if you live in the Memphis area. Please know we will extend southern hospitality as we share in the purposes of the Society. |
