Beta Beta chapter meetings are usually held on the third Tuesday of each month. Members gather at Central High School, which is a central location within the county.
A catered meal is provided by member Tammy Howard and her FCCLA students beginning at 5 p.m. for a nominal cost. The meetings begin at 5:30 p.m.
A published agenda helps the meetings proceed in a timely manner. Meetings usually last no longer than 90 minutes.
Members plan and present the programs, which are aligned with the current Society focus.
