President's Message for November 2011

This day brings so many good things! We tend to think of happiness as something we need to earn, seek, or wait for. But no matter what life throws our way, troubles are TEMPORARY and every TODAY holds small kindnesses that count, accomplishments of all sizes, a clean slate for a second chance or fresh start, time to shine - and reasons to smile! Alpha Pi Chapter's November 14th meeting is an ideal time for all of us to come together and renew our commitments along with our three new candidates for membership. In my opinion, it is the most meaningful ceremony we have.

Dr. Elaine Alexander, XI State Vice-President will be joining us and bringing her words of wisdom and experiences in Delta Kappa Gamma. I am confident we will represent Alpha Pi well.

Martha has requested you inform her of your presence or absence by November 9th. She should not have to contact YOU.

Patch Manor is located at 201 S. Ramsey Street in Manchester. The meeting will begin at 4:30 pm but please arrive early to pay the $12 for dinner.

Fondly,

Carmen Morrell, President
