Announcing NW Regional Special Project: Compassion in Action Bring a small gift item for youth ages 10-18  (details) Alpha Rho members are busily planning for a wonderful week this summer at the Red Lion Hotel on the Columbia River in Portland, OR. The scenery is outstanding, and the program is guaranteed to Activate your Vision July 27– August 1, 2009. Plans include quality workshops, motivating speakers, excellent fellowship, and an exciting Oregon Night. In addition to all this, you will find diverse, home-grown fruits, veggies, wines, breads and brews to satisfy every taste bud. The tours are numerous, historical, cultural, and the shopping is TAX- FREE! One of the major reasons that this international meeting occurs is to provide training for state organization leaders. So, prior to the opening of the regional conference, training for the following leaders will take place: state organization presidents and in-coming executive secretaries, state organization program chairs, state organization membership chairs, state organization treasurers, state organization editors and state organization webmasters. The sessions for state organization presidents and in-coming executive secretaries take place Monday night through Wednesday afternoon. All other leadership sessions are held on Wednesday.
