Initates' Tea Change
Dear Alpha Sisters,
The date, time and place for the Initiates' Tea has been changed to Saturday, January 21, 2012, at 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Media Center at Cedar Grove High School.
There will be a luncheon to follow orientation.
I would like to extend this invitation to all of Alpha, as this is a 'new' orientation set up by International.( They have asked that we try something new to include all sisters)

Rose and Key Nominations
It is time for us to make nominations for sisters to receive the Rose and Key awards. The awards will be made at the Alpha Zeta State Convention in March, but the nominations must be made now.
The Rose Award is to be given to Professionally Active chapter members for their Outstanding Service to education, community, or chapter (e.g., State or National officer, citizen of the year, teacher of the year, service to the community, honoree of a state or national education organization, or author of a book).
The Key Award is to be given to a Retired chapter member for her Outstanding Service to education, community, or chapter (e.g., State or National officer, citizen of the year, teacher of the year, service to the community, honoree of a state or national education organization, or author of a book).
Here is a list of the Alpha sisters who have received these awards in the past.
