Lattice of Leadership Workshop is for all members who are in a leadership role: Chapter Presidents, Chapter Treasurers, Chapter Program Leaders, Music Directors, Committee Chairs. This is your opportunity to learn about the biennium goals and meet the state committee members. Scholarship and Golden grant awards will be announced. Enjoy meeting an International guest and Delta Kappa Gamma sisters from throughout the state.

Askew Presents at May Meeting
    Lisa Askew, Counselor at Valley Christian Counseling  Center of Fargo, will be addressing Beta’s upcoming May meeting. She is a native North Dakotan, growing up in Devils Lake, and receiving her BS degree in Nursing from UND in 1979. Later she attended NDSU where she received a Masters degree in Counseling.
    Since 2003 Lisa has worked  part-time with NDSU’s  Counseling Center but primarily at Valley Christian Counseling Center as a licensed professional counselor. There she has counseled individuals, couples and lead various groups. Lisa’s particular interests are in relationships, self-esteem, and teaching communication skills.
    She is married and has two grown children. She will be telling us  about Valley Christian Counseling Center services and what she believes to be the benefits of counseling.
