Finance: The Chapter voted to accept the proposed budget for 2009-2010.  The budget is based on a membership of 55 women.  This year our membership dropped as we did not initiate enough new members to replace the number of members who dropped or resigned.

Old Business:
Debbie Boyer introduced Flat Annie.  She will write a story to depict Flatt Annie’s experiences in Fargo and send her on the Alberta Dobry’s new chapter, Xi chapter in Cedar Park, Texas (They inititiated the project) and one more chapter of her choice.

Ginger Deitz reported that the State Personal Growth and Development Committee is still working to complete the Survey of Talents for the state.  You are encouraged to complete the survey so your information can be added to the bank of talents for chapters to access when in need of speakers and programs.

NEW BUSINESS:
Ginger Deitz moved that we accept with regret and appreciation the resignations of Carol Sorum and Alice Johndahl. Verna LaBounty seconded the motion; motion carried.
