Reminder to Chapter Membership Chair

Necrology Chapter 2009 Annual Report (Form 2) and Membership Committee – Chapter 2008-2010 Biennial Reports (Form 36) are due to Eta State Membership Chair, Margaret Church by Feb. 1st.   These forms can be downloaded from the International Website and sent electronically to Margaret at mchurch1248@bellsouth.net  or mail to Margaret at P.O. Box 1248  Drexel, NC 28619.  Also chapters should continue to send in the Report of a Death of a Member (Form 6) along with a tribute in a timely manner.
