“REMINDER TO CHAPTER MEMBERSHIP CHAIRMEN”

The 2010 Necrology Chapter Annual Report (Form 2) is due to the Eta State Membership Chair, Margaret Church no later than February 1, 2011.  (link to this will be posted later)

Also chapters should continue to send in the Report of a Death of a Member (Form 6) along with a tribute in a timely manner.  Only those members for whom a Form 6 and a Tribute have been received prior to April 1, 2011 will be recognized at the 2011 Eta State Convention Ceremony of Remembrance.This form can be downloaded from the forms section on the Eta State Website and sent electronically to Margaret at mchurch1248@bellsouth.net  or mailed to Margaret at P.O. Box 1248  Drexel, NC 28619.

The Membership Committee has had requests from Eta State Chapters for purchasing the car decals that were given out at the State Convention.  You may purchase the decals from Margaret Church, Eta State Membership Chairman for $2.00 each.  This includes tax and the cost associated with mailing them.  Proceeds go to State Headquarters Fund. Make your checks to "Delta Kappa Gamma"
The idea for creating the car decals  was to focus on the  theme,
 “Becoming Voices of Influence.”
