Chapter Projects
Walk across
The “Walk” is a chapter project again for
2005-2007. It benefits our chapter (90%), the
state (10%), and the grant recipients. It is
held in November. This year we raised
approximately $100 for our schools and libraries.
Comfort needs for sheltered
women and children
Each year our members collect toiletry items to help these people in need. Some of them often enter these shelters without
anything. This year we are collecting these
items and placing them in gift bags to distribute to area shelters.
