    The Alpha Upsilon Chapter, Epsilon State of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International is located in LaSalle Parish in central Louisiana .  Chartered on February 6, 1960 , our chapter boasts 39 active members and 8 reserve members from across the parish.  Our members represent a broad range of educational positions including elementary teachers, secondary teachers, principals and district supervisors.  Regular meetings are held the second Monday of each month, August through April, except January, at 6:00 P.M. in the fellowship hall of Nolley Memorial United Methodist Church in Jena .
