 Delta Kappa Gamma Symbols

     The Delta Kappa Gamma crest displays the symbols of the purposes of the society.
 

•     the three tudor roses - friendship, loyalty and helpfulness
•     the wreath of laurel - achievement
•     the color crimson - courage and leadership
•     the cup - knowledge
•     the lamp and open book - wisdom and scholarship

   The Key is a golden ellipse. Across its center are the Greek Letters. Above the letters is a wreath of laurel leaves, symbolizing the distinction which those who wear this key have achieved. Below the letters is a cup which represents knowledge.
